Expressive & Somatic Approaches
Our expressive and somatic programs offer creative, body-centered support for eating disorder recovery, emotional healing, and self-discovery.
Practices like art-making, gentle movement, and yoga can help you reconnect with your body in safe, non-judgmental ways, supporting nervous system regulation, emotional expression, and trust in our bodies.
In a supportive group setting, you’ll explore prompts that encourage reflection, engage in creative or movement-based practices, and connect with others through shared experience.
These methods complement talk-based therapy by offering alternative ways to process emotions, reduce shame, and build a more compassionate relationship with your body. No artistic or movement experience needed.
